I was trying to download a AVG security system and was passed along to ITechLine because it wouldn't download. I was charged an unusually high fee to clear my computer and now wonder what this company has to do with AVG? The representative made it seem as though I had no choice as hackers had tried to invade my security. I am now waiting to see if my original $84.00 will be returned to my credit card as promised. I was upset with the service as the tech had access to my computer when I was being asked to confirm the success of their service. The whole thing left me uncomfortable and I would never recommend them.
