I phoned company after getting phone # on Google. They stated they were the software support co. For Dell. They tied up our computer for about 5 hrs. When done they said they had installed antivirus software as ours wasn't working (McAfee) We had a scam within minutes of receiving our computer back. Obtained "real" phone # for Dell support. It took them about 6 tries to get into out computer as Itechline had access. Itechline had placed 378 tracking malware/viruses on our computer. Dell cleaned it all up. Told me to contact my credit card co.
We were on a conference call with credit card co, Itechline and ourselves. Itechline denied everything but he stated they record every phone call so I told him to listen to it. Credit card investigator could tell he wasn't being honest and told him to give us a credit for this scam. They should not be allowed to being business in the USA. They are in India.
