I called I Techline because I could not play my dvd in my computer. All I wanted was for them to check why I can't play my dvd in my computer. The technician said that my computer has been hacked, and there are Trojans, and viruses all over my computer. They said, for $199 or $199.99 they can fix my computer and get rid of all the bad stuff that is infecting my computer. He said that I need to do this because someone got into my computer and try to get and probably stole my informations. Since he insisted that I need to do this right there and then for safety reasons and I need my computer fix and updated to clean up all the bad stuff that was in it;I said okay. He worked on it for less than an hour, and I saw him doing some stuff, but did not really explain to me what he was doing. When he was done, he just said, everything is good and my computer is clean and no more problems. Well, so I thought or at least he made me believe that it was. Later on, maybe a day or two, I tried to log in my computer and I could not. It just won't do anything and I can't go online to read my emails. I called AOL and was told that my computer has been hacked and it has viruses and still contaminated with all the bad things that Itechline said, he fixed. AOL said, it was not cleaned or fixed. It was worse than the first time I called. This time, nothing was working. I can't log in to even read my emails. The computer was not responding to anything I typed to do. I don't know what ITechline really did to my computer. It was in worse shape when Itechline mess around with it than when I called. Everything went wrong when they played around with my computer. I had to call AOL to find out why I can't log on to their site. They said it has been tampered with and is filled with viruses, trojans, and it has been hacked. AOL said, Itechline did not fix and cleaned up my computer. AOL showed me all the bad stuff that was still in my computer. My only choice to get my computer running again at the time was to let AOL clean and fix what was not done in the first place and what Itechline did to my computer that caused it to break down. Again, I had to spend more money. I want Itechline to refund my money because they did not fix my computer, they actually ruined it more causing me to spend more money than I had to.
