I was having trouble with my computer and thought I had contacted Toshiba. Representative gained access to my computer and stated that it had been hacked with numerous viruses. Claimed to have cleaned it for a charge of $199 plus 3 months of service. Later that day my computer crashed. Returned email to them stating that this was a frad and they had done nothing. Also attempted to call them with numbers on email but got no answer. It turns out they billed me 5 times for service. Contacted credit card company and am trying to have payment stopped.
