2013 Toyota Avalon Limited. All 2013 Avalons have same problem. Fuzzy view and all lines are zig-zag out of the rear window. Cannot be fixed because no clear window exists. After working with mfg. Regional rep for several months, rep. Said he would pursue a repuchase, but mfg. Says no because it is not a safety problem, just a design problem. For months a re-engineered window was supposed to be happening, but on May 20th, I was informed that no re-engineered window exists. I have documents that prove it cannot be fixed and that no re-engineered window exists. So, No fix and No repurchase. I bought this car to last me for many years, but the manufacturer has condemned me to driving a car that has no clear view thru the rear window and could be a safety problem. Why can a mfg. Get by with producing a car that has a defect, continue to put this car on the road, knowing the defect exists?
