I took in my 1999 toyota 4runner to get the transmission serviced. When I got my car back my front driver's side window was broken off of the track.
When I rolled up my window it was slid up and out of the door frame. It slid out to the exterior of the car.
I took the car to the assistant service manager and he told me it was probably old and that it wasn't his fault. He told me it would have broke anyway.
He tried to fix the window by lifting up and pushing it back into the frame. While he did this he scratched my tinting leaving a very noticable scrape.
It will cost me about $150 to fix this after everything (window and tint).
