Groupon very very poor service!
I purchased a "Pierre Cardin Three-Piece Luggage Set". From groupon and the main suitcase was faulty obviously a China factory reject. After over two weeks of emails and only getting the run round I was told to post the large case to Sydney from Perth at my own expence and someone will look into the matter.
Groupon's pollicy seems to wear you down till you jive up.
