Made in China rejects sold on Groupon

I purchased a " Pierre Cardin Three-Piece Luggage Set". By the way of Groupon.
The cases were China made, the main Case was faulty. Obviously the cases were rejects from the factory and sold through Groupon instead of being trashed.
Groupon does not want to know about. It has been over two weeks now and still getting the run round. There pollicy seems to be wear you down till you give up.
