I was on the computer with Magic Jack live support for 1 1/2 hours this afternoon because I can neither receive nor make phone calls. I followed their specific instructions in order to restart phone service. Nothing has worked so far. I finally had to leave the computer so I am still without service. I asked if the jack ever just wears out because it is 4 years old. That question was not answered. I want to know if it can't be used if I can get a prorated refund on service recently paid for. I was looking for the page you have on contacting company but I couldn't find it.
