I purchased a magic jack replacement service and now need to replace my magic jack. It is working incorrectly and none of the company "fixes" fix my problem. Cannot contact Magic Jack by email nor through their website. Telephone number 877-901-5225 given as Magic Jack number by 1-800-555-1212 is disconnected or not in service.
