I purchased an Inspiron 15R Special Edition Laotop last August which came with Windows 7 and Intel Widi and a special offer to upgrade to Windows 8 which I did in December. Ever since my Intel Widi doesn't work. I paid for premium support however, several calls to them to fix this problem resultd in their telling me to contact Microsoft - Microsoft refers me to Intel - Intel sends me back to Dell. Also I wanted reinstall Windows 7 but Dell tech said they couldn"t do anything because I upgraded to Windows 8. I can't use my push tv and I hate Windows 8 and I'm not liking Dell anymore even though I've been customer for years.
