Watch out for this sick company, Reachout Wirless. Your text and talk minutes evaporate miraculously. They scam money from you by blackout your phone for days and even weeks, asking you to buy new phone or buy more minutes, when you still have lots of time left and when there's nothing wrong with your phone. They knowingly and openly violates the law without any fear. Lifeline customers suppose to get 250 free text and talk minutes/month but they require you to pay, and still cut off your phone service every month for days and weeks at a time and forcing you to buy more time saying you have used up all your minutes when you still have lots of minutes left, knowing this is the only phone you have and your livelihood depend on it. They shamelessly tell you all kinds of lies when you try to correct them. Report this sick, heartless co to your local Utility Commission. It needs to be shut down to spare the pain they inflict on their customers and so that they can't hurt any more people.
