Every other month I am told that I am out of minutes. But I know I have minutes. I also know I have texts still to use. But I suddenly get a message that I can't send or receive texts because of 'insufficient funds'. When I login and try to see my call history the system says "no history available". I have called customer service again and again. Today I spent almost an hour in a live chat with someone who kept saying 'just one moment'. Then I asked for someone to call me like a supervisor. Someone did call who had such a strong Indian accent that I could barely understand him. He told me that there was no way for me to ever know whether I had used 100 texts or my 250 texts in one month. Really?! Then I have to add more money to use my phone which is suppose to be free (actually $2.50/mth for low income seniors). Since no one ever can answer me why I know I have time (like Wed. It says I have 30 min left when I make a call so I hang up to save minutes. Then Thurs. It says I have no minutes) but am continually told I do not.
