Rico approached me to rent a space for "his" chickens on my farm, he contracted to install a water line from the city water connection to the place where the chickens were to be. He said he ordered the 1-1/4" pipe but wouldn't have the money until next week so needed a $1700 advance. Neither the money I advanced or the pipe has ever arrived.
He contracted to licence and smog two of my vehicles and was paid $600. One was licensed and taken to a shop for smogging, He refused to pay for the work which I then paid $300 for and then took it to another shop to be tested where it passed, costing me $50.00.
I have contracts for $5900 in loans to him.
He said he was taking some gold to the smelter in Los Angeles and could take mine for appraisal and possible purchase with my permission That has never been delivered or paid for, the spot price when he sold it was /- $2550/oz.
It is of note that I'm 74 and obviously have lost my full ability to think clearly probably qualifying this as elder abuse!
This fellow has paid me $800. Oo and continuously claims he will do things but does none of them, It seems his thought processes are malfunctioning more than his simple malice or greed—all of which doesn't matter.
Another farmer who had reccomended Juan has ex post facto that this guy also embezzled another person before me!
