I experienced a problem with the emissions system i my 2002 Toyota. I went to the Dealer to see if a recall was in line for the filler pipe thatt in my 40 years have never seen a filler pipe that corroded or rusted. I dealt with the Local Toyota dealer and they gave me a bad attitude with them. I was told that it is nothing to worry about and if I was a younger person than the issue would not worry me. I on the other had have never seen this occur with a filler pipe and just wanted it replaced, It should not be costing me any money if this would have been paid for. The Warrenty serrvices claimed that it is an exclusions and thus would not pay to replace the filler pipe and corrrect the emissions problem.
I paid a lot of money for things that will never be covered, due to sort of exclusion that MUST be under their exclusion policy. What if I want to keep this car and need to replace the struts. I guess that is'nt covered either. I do not like these warrenties, but it sounded good and cosrt me almost $3 grand. Please HELP.
