I rented a car full of dents and with more than 28k miles and i dediced to keep the car longer than expected and they cancelled my gold account. I paid more than 1,300 for a month and they never answered the phone at that place try to call them to let them know I was going to keep the car longer but never answered. I received a letter after returning the car that they are cancelling my gold membership with them. Dont want to deal with this company again.
