I am making a complaint about the Rolex Replica I received. It was shipped
from China. The invoice was in Chinese. There were no instructions as to
how the watch worked. The stem would not turn neither pull out. There were
no return instruction on how to return the watch. The date was set wrong and
could not reset it. I had to force the stem to pull it out, and the stem
came completely out of the watch. So I need in instructions on how to return
the watch or a replacement that work with proper instructions. Please advise
