In April I purchased a replica Rolex for my husband. I did received the item, but thought at the time it was unusually packaged and there where no invoices with the watch. Still it was an attractive piece and my husband loved it.
Right from the start he started having problems with the watch. The date was always off, it lost time, and the stem of the watch felt like it might fall out. After a few weeks the watch problems seem to get worse and the stem did actually fall off. I emailed the site and they told me to send the watch back.
I returned the watch and waited. After 4 weeks I emailed the site to get an update. They did not respond. I emailed several more times. They never responded. I called the 800 number. But of course it has been disconnected. I contacted the Chamber of Commerce in Washington state.
