Breech of contract

I got T-mobile only because I liked the the Sidekick Slide so I had to leave Us Celluar and pay a $150 fee to leave and thats the norm and they always gave me great service anyways. I got with T-mobile and its very important that my phone line works. I am a model/Actor and have my agent and other job gigs that call me when I am noticed or spoke of to do work such as commercials, ads, movies and so forth well I lost a few jobs because when they called me it would say my phone service with T-mobile was out of service MN4553 and that was the first time I called and complained and was told to go to a T-mobile branch and I did so they can check my sim card to see if there was damage or even water damage and this was like 2 months me having the phone and I laughed about it! After I receive voice messages and get off the phone my mail icon is still there on my phone so I called about that and they said you have to turn off the phone sometimes to reset it well I never ever in my life had to do that with other carriers so why this one. I am putting up with it no problem now I get paid when I get jobs and need to make sure my cell phone works properly for my agent or other production and casting companies can get a hold of me if a job or gig needs to be filled. The first time my phone said a disconnection notice I lost out of $1400 because the casting director could not get a hold of me sorry to say she didn't have my home number. My mother, actress partner, real estate agent, dad, brother and my modeling agent got this notice saying my phone was no longer in service but whats weird they would call back lets say 15 minutes later and it works fine. Well I called about it and told them that if they didn't get this fixed even though I am stuck in there stupid 2 year contract that I would have to pay $200 to leave the company well let me tell you that I paid $250 for the phone and don't wanna pay $200 to cancel then I would be stuck with this phone but whats more important the phone or me getting paid? Exactly well it happened again after they had supposedly fixed it the last time well they didn't my mother and even my agent called me on my home phone telling me that they couldn't get through again that it was saying my service was not working so this time I called my attorney to find out what my legal rights was on this situation and he had called me back and told me if I am paying for a service and not getting that service properly then its called a breech of contract and that I should be able to break the agreement and find another carrier that will provide me the proper service so I called T-mobile and told them what I have found out and they said they can't discuss it since I consulted my attorney and that now it will go through legal procedures. I guess they are trying to scare me and probably think I didn't talk with a lawyer but I did and gave the lawyer there address and my account info to pull me up to resolve this issue so I guess we will see what happens. I am not going to pay someone $200 to cancel my service because I wasn't getting the service in the first place... Its ridiculous how these damn companies try to get away with it thank god for my legal service and I will post back to keep you informed on what is going to happen...
