This company has put my account into collections after it was totaled out. I did have gap insurance on this vehicle and i spoke with an employee concerning my rights during this transaction. I was told once gap payed I would be responsible for the remaining balance. I called the gap insurance and they did pay out this account. I need assistance with this matter because this company is refusing to remove this bad information from my credit report.
