I cancelled the automatic payment plan with my insurance company because I did not have the funds In my account. I called them to make sure they cancelled the automatic payment plan they said they did.
On 05/30 my insurance company took It upon themselves to take the money out & causing everything to bounce In my checking account. My insurance agree to pay all the money back.
This left me with a negative balance for 45 days due to there mistake. It took them the whole month of june for them to refund me $600 but this did not cover all the overdraft fees.
I am still In negative balance due to my insurance company making the transaction & I do not have the money to pay the remaining overdraft charges of $470.
Tic wants to punish me because of my insurance company too the money out & I did not authorize them to & causing me $900 In overdraft fees because I had other bills coming out.
Tic Is threatening to report me to collections, checksystems, but I have already opened me another account with another bank. I am a long term custormer of tic federal credit union.
To be treated like this Is just horrible. They are well aware of the situation but they want to hold me responsible. I am still working with my insurance company for them to refund me the last $470.
It has been over 45 days my account has been In negative status why should we have to pay the price or be punish because the company went ahead & took the money out & caused over $600 overdraft fees.
I have never had a problem like this. It seems this sort of thing Is common these days.
