We bought a Honda Civic 2012 in Montreal (lease transfer). We like the car but service make us wonder if we did a mistake buying a Honda. Bad experience at Moncton Honda. We found the car twice in the middle of a parking (very small slope - 10 to 15 degrees at the most). Somebody came in to tell us our car had moved by itself. We are still on the guarantee but the management told us that this is normal for the year 2012 and we should always put the hand break. They did not want to do anything about it. Then we made an appointment for a change of tires. Its our third time now we have to go back. They lost the tools for security locks on the wheels (they were the one who did the tire change the time before). We returned a second time to have them changed but they forgot to order the parts. Now we have to return a third time because the parts have come in. Our daughter wants a Honda but the only thing holding her back is the service!!! One of her friends sold her Honda because she was fed up with the service. Is this a problem with management? Toyota has such a good reputation for service. Please look into the matter. You are loosing sales because of the service!!!
