I mam canadian and live in canada. I purchased two honda eu2000i generators in washington state less than a year ago. Used twice and the third time one of the two generators would not run correctly. Took unit to authorized honda dealer in canada. Took one month to order part and install defective cervo on top of carb. The BILL was 170.00 ca., pay the bill or you dont get your generator. Paid the bill, then phoned honda usa., who could have cared less. They said I should have had the service done in the states therefore not accountable and I'm stuck with the bill. DID I BUY A HONDA??? Of course they tell you this AFTER the work has been performed. How low can you go. Both my eu200i generators are for sale as we speak, I will have them sold by the end of the week, as well as every other honda product I own. I'm having a honda garage sale. I will replace the honda generators with the comparible yamaha product, instead of buying a honda quad on the weekend, I will make a point of purhasing a can am outlander instead. I am ordering a snowblower at the end of the month, and it wont be a honda. Ever.
