Why does it seem everytime I come into Crown I feel like I am talking to someone that just wants to sell me something? My service is not been good. I was told nothing is wrong with my brakes but I hear the rubbing and they do nothing about it. 2, I trusted my complete serves added to check the tires, I leave there with low tires. Some Honda Dealers give the vehicle a quick cleaning spray or whatever. I've left others feeling taken care of. Leaving Crown I feel cheated and thinking what didn't they do and I always come up with things like the air, dirty car and unhappy. No answer to my break problems. Both Honda's have the break problem. Not good! Is it because I am a woman I don't get the service other Honda Dealers give? Is it because Crown doesn't pay attention to detail? I was also promised a deal when I bought the truck and your dealership won't honor it.??? Sad. I will be in the market for a new updated Honda soon. I am serious thinking of changing to a different make. Crown so far has not made me feel Honda Dealers are the best to deal with. This is true and I am sad about it that is why I am writing my thoughts to you. Something must change with your dealership. Better management, think about the customer and not only how much money you can get out of them for the service that is not fulfilled. Leaving with low air in your tires after pay $94.3 times as much as anywhere else one would expect better (attention to detail) service. Very Sad
