I would tell anyone, do not purchase a Honda, I contacted American Honda 26 Oct 12. About the paint cracking, and not only in the areas they would warranty, the fenders and hood, but my car is fading/cracking on the roof, trunk and side doors, and Honda will not even take care of a 2008 Honda Civi. I would never, never purchase another Honda, These 2008 civic are poorly painted and Honda knows it, all you have to do is google the car, and you will see pics of cars. I took my car to the dealer in Fayetteville, NC and they saw how badly it was, and still would not take care of the car. Call american honda, and they were useless in doing what's right. Anyone looking to purchase a new car, leave Honda along... This is a true testament..
