Sears Home Improvements installed an acrylic bathtub as part of a remodeling project, and three days later "cracks" that look like scratches appeared in the bottom of the tub. They will not come out to investigate and will only say that the warranty doesn't cover scratches. We were never given an itemized bill for the project. The warranty that we had to repeatedly ask for states that cracking is covered, but again, Sears will not come out to investigate! We have had an extremely difficult time getting Sears to return calls and emails. We know that we received a "poor" quality tub, and we need help getting this issue resolved.
