Do not under any circumstances allow Sears or anyone representing Sears in or around your home. This company's authorization to perform home improvement (home jack-ups/f*-ups) should be rescinded. Sears has managed to turn what was supposed to be a dream kitchen into a "living nightmare". These people do not care one iota about the people they are ripping off. If every customer who has had a bad experience with Sears tell twenty people about their experiences, we could run this incompetent pack of horse manure out of business tomorrow. I am up to eye-balls with Sears, I am sick and tired of my kitchen being under construction for the past six weeks. My family is having to eat out this has cost us additional money along with whatever outrageous price they will come up with for messing up this kitchen. Sears gets an "F'" in my book.
