Sears Home Improvement installed a 2.5 ton Sears heat pump in my home on 4-27. I am seeking a promised cash rebate from Sears Home Improvement services for the amount of $325 as promised and detailed in my sales contract, (job number 11644376). I cannot get a commitment from the project coordinator, (Patrick Lutz) the sales person located in Charlotte, NC, (Eric Garcia) or the general manager at his location. It seems that Sears did a poor job between the sales person who quoted the job, the individual contractors, (A/C and electrical) of identifying the system costs. However, as I have explained to everyone at Sears, I don't care about their short comings. I want what I contracted for originally. It also should be of some importance to someone within this organization not to alienate customers. But so far I have yet to talk to anyone that seems to care. Obtaining acceptable workmanship and the promised financial incentives has been difficult. I am not going to be cheated by Sears.
