I was told I would receive a refund of $19.65 their charges but they weren't responsible for my banks overdraft charges $37.00 and I said if the transaction was never authorized I would have never occured the overdraft fee in the first place. They informed me the back should waive the charge but of course the bank by law has nothing to do with is charge. I going to find out how I can get my overdraft fee returned as well. Any suggestions?
