Can you please investigate Wachovia bank/wells Fargo overdraft policy. I know banks charge overdraft fees but some banks go too far. How can a bank charge 3 overdraft fees of 35 each in less than four days, especially for the way they set up there system. Before using my check card I always check my account to make sure I have funds to cover my transaction. Also my bank also informed me several times that once a transaction is placed on hold that they already hold that funds then how can the charge me overdraft fee for those transaction when they post to your account. Also if all transaction have either post or on hold shouldn't be subtracted from your balance and what ever is available is available to you as the reps are always informing when asked. Please verify there policy and investigate because they inform there agents of the correct procedures and we customer should not have to pay for there errors please.
