The customer service rep does not disclose complete information regarding additional enrollment fees until they have activated your service at which point they say no refund is available. Like another dissatisfied customer stated, they use free googlevoice numbers and charge you monthly fees. The site does not allow for customer feedback because they know it would expose them.
