We received your message about Overlimit fee's on Webcertificate accounts.

The Webcertificate account is not designed for reoccurring monthly payments. Since there is not a way to reload with out receiving an additional Webcertificate. The product is for onetime gift service.

Unfortunately due to the response which you have sent your account has been terminated. Please do not attempt to use our service or email again. We do not have any vested interest in dealing with a customer of
your low caliber.

Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to call Customer service relations at 1-800-915-9113 ext 170. Or 1800-511-1781 and ask to speak with a supervisor.

This was after i had emailed them MULTIPLE times asking a simple question about recurring monthly fees. After i got fed up, i emailed this this msg because it was clear they were NOT listening. Then, they terminated my account and said i was to never use this service again. Customer service gets complained and bitched at ALL the time no matter who you are out there. If you provide bad customer service, you will have one angry customer on your hands. Even if i did use derogatory comments, i did not deserve this resonse and thier actions.
