I am dissatisfied with Virgin Mobile customer service - Cellular Service

I am a customer Virgin Mobile. I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received regarding their promotional claims. I was told that I would receive a rebate upon purchasing a new phone. However, when I activated the phone, the offer was withdrawn from me.
