Above date at 1800 hr, l hollice barnes walked into the above office and pay my bill I was four days late but I called them to let them know I would be. I started getting call you are late so call them to let them know when I paid it and what location. They asked me broght my receipt l took off work took my receipt five later they wrote me a letter telling me I need to pay. Them more and are not credit my account. When paid my bill I am on their video camare with the date and time that my proof alone with my receipt. Please help me my phone number is (Personal Information Removed) thank you.
