I hate that I ever purchased a car using their financial services... When my payment is a DAY late they call my home, job and cellphone consistantly over and over even when I tell them the payment has been sent. They even sent me a letter stating they would repossess my car if my payment was twenty days late... Because by law they have the legal right to do so. I know for a fact that they are full of garbage... Cause I am looking at a bill now that they sent out on the 23rd of February where they doubled my payment and even tacked on a late payment because I paid my note late. I called them and even paid a $10 fee to pay them on the 12th of February using their "convenient" phone payment service (whatever). So why isn't this reflected on my new bill I ask and if I paid the late fee in the last bill why would they tack on another.
I suggest if a car dealership mentions them to any new car buyers they run the other way. I also agree with the other comments on their rudeness... One month I paid over the phone on the due date and not even 10minutes later they were calling to tell me that they had not recieved my payment yet... When I told the man on the line I had just paid over the phone he started telling me he did not believe me. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was awake... That was of course before I hung up on him. Would you believe he even called back and left another stalking message on my phone telling me I hung up on him... The nerve of me.
