To Whom It May Concern,
On Dec. 31 @ 04:30pm thru Jan. 24 @ 06:18pm, Enterprise Car Rental executed a contract in my name without my signature, knowledge, contact or consent. Because of their Illegal actions, there were consequences to me. I received tickets that did not belong to me. I received no benefit from the rental. This use of my identity for monetary gain should never have happened and needs to be addressed to a satisfactory conclusion in my favor.
Enterprise has addressed the tickets but refuse to acknowledge the despicable action which amounts to identity theft.
