On 05/22 we (ramon s & clara g) went to enterprise to get a car becuase we been involved in a accident, by mistake i signed for the car rental, then the next day enterprise call us so they need clara to go over and update all personal and credit card info since she is the owner off the car, so a the end of the rental on 06/08 they have some problem collecting the money from the selective insurance but enterprise decide iligelally charge my credit card with $464.98 and that also cost overlimit charge of $ 39.00 w / chase. I was ready off of that contract becuase i am not the primary driver. But still they just collec the money becuase selective insurance and the renter refussed to pay.
Entreprise violated they own policy by charge me on my credit card went i am not the renter.

The person responsible for payment is expected to be the primary driver and must be present to sign the contract at the time of rental. The primary driver must also have a driver's license and major credit card in his or her name. For these reasons, you would not be able to pay for another person's rental with Enterprise.
