Hi...

About a year ago, I purchased an Acer Aspire One notebook. I used your clean up tool "Erase all Duplicates".. My new computer is now DEAD. I feel your company is responsible and I'm requesting a full refund of the Fix It Utilities Software Purchase And also I am strongly requesting that you send me a check for a new notebook. I am so unhappy with this product and its results, not to be unkind but I am prepared to take this problem as far as needed to get my purchase fee and notebook replaced. The price of the Acer aspire One is humble. You may research the price yourself but it costs
About to $275 - $349. I have taken it in to get it fixed. It cannot be revived. The prices on the notebook vary now. It's a small notebook - ABOUT 11.1 inches. Best Buy, staples, Office Depot should have something similar.

I ask that you take my request seriously. I am very upset about my computer and I trusted your software. We cannot afford to go out and just purchase another computer. This computer death is not in any way our fault. I'm sure your natural inclination is to fight me on this but I will contact the Consumer Reports, BBB, Public Defender, and Everyone else I can find including my social pages. I'm not threatening - I'm letting your company know the extent in which I am 110% willing to go. Thank you for your time. I am eager to receive a response as soon as possible. We really need a computer laptop back ASAP. Have a nice day. I will email again in a few hours.

If you do not bank online, your refund should be reflected on your next billing statement.in regards to you laptop, we are not responsible for any damages that may or may not have been caused by our software. This is listed in the End User License Agreement.
