On May 1, I rented a car from this establishment. The signed contract calls for a rental fee of $14.55 per day. Enterprise Car Rental debited my account at Bank of America at a rate of $20.55 per day.
I have repeatedly ask them to show me signed or even initialed authorization to charge my account at the higher rate and they refuse to do so.
Bank of America upheld Enterprise's withdrawl and explained this was a contract dispute which I would have to go to court to settle.
I maintain it is a criminal action undertaken by Enterprise Car Rental and its manager Merawi T Gherezg
