In 1999 my husband was in an automobile accident. The insurance paid for him to have a rental car while his truck was in the shop. We ended up with a car from Enterprise. While he had the rental, he was rear ended on his way home from work. Enterprise replaced the rental with another one. This one had its tranny go out of it when he pulled in our drive way. Enterprise is charging us over $3,000 for the repairs on THEIR broken down car.
