I was having issues with my Dell laptop connecting to the internet so I called what I thought was Dell Tech support. Little did I know, I was not talking to Dell, it was Mytechhelp/Techzilla. I kept referring to them as Dell and never did they inform me that they were not. I even said to the representative that I could not believe that you / Dell would expect me to pay for tech support 5 months after buying a $900 laptop that I bought a service plan for. He told me that things changed everyday and I should have received an e-mail about it. He then told me that my issue was a software issue and my service plan did not cover software. So after reassuring me 3 times that they could get my laptop fixed that day, I paid the 119.99 and was transferred to a technician. The technician walked me through a couple things, acted like he was troubleshooting my pc, then tried to tell me I needed different antivirus software that cost 99.99 and my pc couldnt be fixed without it. I absolutely lost my temper. Long story short, the technician tells me that he cannot fix my problem because it was hardware related and told me that I needed to call Dell directly... And thats when I figured out they were not Dell, then I really lost my temper!
