After purchasing my Dell Xps on Dec everything with this laptop goes down the hill. Issues with hardware and software and with the technician.
Its been 4 yrs since I bought my laptop and every 2 to 3 months, i have to call a technician (which is you have to pay $239 for 4 incidents or good for year) to fix our laptop from the motherboard, to the battery and lately the virus and hardware. Theres several times that we tought the technician got rid of the virus in our laptop but the following day it totally corrupted out hardware. And I ask them what can we do to prevent this on keep happening (which by the way we have 2 other laptop different brand and never have a problem since we got it 3yrs ago) and their reply is " you can purchase unlimited tech support for $399 and thats unlimited, after the fact we just bought a harware and software protection and tech support for total around $500 (this is what we spend on them almost every 6months) and when I hang up on them after they were insisting for me to buy it. They keep calling like telemarketers just selling products to you. This company is making way to much for unreliable product. This gonna stop. Its time to hear their complains and our voices. I'm done giving them more and dealing with technician that half of them dont know what their doing.
