Had a Representative from said company tell me that reliance was going out of business and they had to remove my hot water heater and switch it with theirs because they were taking over reliance's contracts! Tricked me into a 5 year contract with a 1100 dollar buy out, they also said they would take care of canceling with reliance, which i have since had to spend 4 hours on the phone between the two companies to get this issue resolved, which still is unresolved!
