National put in a new hot water tank in my home. They removed the rental belonging to Reliance. The workmen said they would return the rental to Reliance. Since then, Reliance has continually billed us for their hot water tank, claiming they had not received their tank. Now a collection agency, on behalf of Reliance, wants our money. I have made MANY frustrating calls to National without any satisfaction. All they need to do is send the "tank return form" to Reliance and the matter would close. My wife and I are retired school teachers and have never missed a payment in our lives! Now we have a collection agency! Please help.
