I can not believe the terrible customer service I just received from Reliance Home Comfort. I have received in the last month two notices thanking me for signing up for the protection plan at a cost of 15.24 a month in addition to what I am already paying to rent the water heater. The first time I called and told them that I NEVER signed up for such protection and they promptly removed it, a month later a get another letter thanking me for signing up I call and spend 20 minutes of the phone only to be told I must have agreed to it and I must pay it anyway. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and the guy told me I could not. I am so mad. If I am billed for this charge I will be taking this to court! Unbelievable!
