On Jan. 2 I bought a Reliance 30 gal tall gas heater and it leaked from the tank as soon as water hit it. I got them to exchange it, but the second one never lit. This is where they left me hanging. I called for support and got the run-around. I asked for a refund because 2 out of 2 failed and I did not want to take any more chances, and they refused to give me a refund. Stay away, now I am stuck with this mess.
