Parked car across the street from Exploratorium walked across the street at the door the guard told us it would not be opening until Wednesday 17th. We walked back across the street which in total took 3 minutes. We told the attendant we would not be parking here the Exploratorium is not open will you please refund our parking money $20.00 because it took only 3 minutes to walk across the street. He refused and we persisted to explain this is not right. He then gave us a number to call for problems. The lady on the phone said she would email us the forms to fill out about the situation and they would decide. She has never emailed us and given us any information about anything. This is such a rip off very unfair and making people not want to come back to S.F. Because you get ripped off and no one does anything about it. Where is justice, the people working at the parking lot act like they can't even speak english, they are just a scam and are hurting tourist who come to S.F. Hope you can help.
