This morning myself & some friends had breakfast as we usually do at the Court Street Cafe. The owner & an employee told us that they recieved a $15.00 parking ticket for parking 15 minutes to early in the lot behind the business. They & Kozy Bail Bonds contacted the Court House with no positive results about getting permission to park early beings the cafe opens at six A.M. I would think something could be worked out with the traffic division for a special parking permit in this situation. Thank you for your time.
