I bought a tablet with free shipping & it was defective. I sent it back and I paid the shipping to return it. I have had many, many conversations with Jane via their support center. She refuses to return my purchase price because she wants to deduct their shipping costs and I refuse to accept this. I asked her where in their return policy does it say this. Yesterday she closed the ticket and said sorry for the inconvenience. I have a claim in with Paypal to get my money back
