I needed to return a product and contacted customer support and was basically told – we have a hassle free return policy – you just need to pay for the “Free Shipping” and pay for the shipping to send the product back. When I checked in to the cost to ship back it's a whopping $65 when I thought I was ordering this product from Irvine CA right next to AZ. Now I will be out of pocket $130 and have received nothing that I can use.
I don't know of any company (that's still in business) that advertises free shipping but if you need to return an item – they charge after telling you it was free shipping – that doesn't make sense???
